Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operations and support.
Document and track issues, resolutions, and updates in the ticketing system.
Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and best practices.
Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT technical support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with network protocols, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
