Job Summary

Coordinate and manage e-commerce platform operations to ensure accurate order processing, effective promotions, timely shipments, and strong customer engagement, supporting business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer e-commerce platforms such as Online Shop, Shopee, and Lazada to maintain seamless online sales operations
• Process all customer orders accurately and promptly to ensure timely fulfillment
• Plan, create, and manage e-commerce promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement
• Collaborate with warehouse operations to ensure timely shipment and effective inventory management
• Oversee order fulfillment via store pick-up or delivery services to meet customer expectations
• Engage with customers to build rapport and foster lasting relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth delivery processes
• Proactively identify customer needs and develop solutions for non-standard tasks and inquiries
• Assist in handling incoming calls and email enquiries to provide timely customer support
• Monitor and prepare operational reports and financial reconciliations to support management decisions
• Manage social media marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and customer interaction

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, website administration, and sales

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes
• Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a positive mindset, innovative approach, and ability to work independently
