Job Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce products to walk-in customers
• Assist customers by providing basic product information and suitable recommendations
• Support the outlet in achieving daily and monthly sales goals
• Approach customers proactively and create a positive shopping experience
• Ensure products are neatly arranged and displays are well maintained
• Keep updated on product features, promotions and competitor activities
• Assist with stock arrangement and replenishment when needed
• Provide simple sales or activity updates to the supervisor when required

Job Requirements

• Experience in retail, sales or promoter roles is an advantage
• Friendly, confident and comfortable interacting with customers
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to approach customers and promote products
• Sales-driven with a positive and energetic attitude
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Responsible and committed to the assigned working schedule
