JOB DESCRIPTION

* Design, develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s web

applications, mobile applications, internal systems, and related software solutions.

* Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components, ensuring applications are

functional, responsive, user-friendly, scalable, and optimized for performance.

* Work closely with the Director and management team to understand business requirements,

plan development priorities, propose suitable technical solutions, and implement application

enhancements.

* Translate business requirements and operational needs into practical system features,

workflows, integrations, and technical solutions.

* Design, develop, integrate, and maintain APIs, databases, third-party services, external

platforms, and other system integrations required by company applications.

* Manage and maintain databases, including database design, structure, queries, data integrity,

performance optimization, backup, recovery, and migration where required.

* Manage application deployment, hosting environments, servers, cloud services, domains, SSL

certificates, development environments, and other related technical infrastructure where

applicable.

* Maintain proper source code management and version control, including code repositories,

branching, documentation, deployment versions, and release management.

* Monitor application performance, availability, functionality, usability, and overall user

experience, and take appropriate action to maintain optimal system performance.

* Identify technical issues, system limitations, inefficient workflows, and opportunities for

improvement, and recommend appropriate features, technologies, automation, or system

enhancements.

* Research, evaluate, and implement suitable technologies, frameworks, APIs, AI tools,

automation solutions, and development practices that may improve the company’s products,

productivity, and operational efficiency.

* Conduct application and system testing, including functional testing, integration testing,

compatibility testing, performance testing, and user acceptance support where required.

Requirement:

• 2–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of Frontend & Backend development.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Vue/Angular, and Node.js/Python/Java/.NET.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and REST APIs.
• Experience with CRM, chatbox/chatbot, and third-party API integration is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
