Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate workshop activities, including fabrication, maintenance, repairs, and equipment assembly.

Manage and supervise workshop staff,assign tasks, and monitor performance.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures.

Maintain workshop equipment, tools,and inventory, ensuring proper usage and storage.

Plan and schedule maintenance and production activities to meet project or operational timelines.

Inspect and verify completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Liaise with project teams, site staff, and suppliers regarding workshop requirements.

Identify workshop needs, including equipment, tools, and materials, and coordinate procurement.

Prepare reports on workshop operations, maintenance, and performance.

Implement and maintain continuous improvement practices to enhance workshop efficiency.

Qualifications:
Diploma, Technical Certificate, or relevant vocational qualification.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in workshop supervision or technical operations.

Knowledge of workshop machinery,tools, and fabrication/maintenance processes.

Strong leadership, organizational,and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with safety regulations and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
