Responsibilities include operating brewing equipment, creating latte art, maintaining a clean workspace, handling payments, and engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Drink Preparation: Crafting coffees (lattes, cappuccinos, espresso) to recipe, including grinding, tamping, and steaming milk.

Customer Service: Greeting guests, taking orders, answering menu questions, and delivering a welcoming experience.

Maintenance: Cleaning the espresso machine, utensils, and service areas to meet health and safety standards.

Operations: Processing cash/card payments, monitoring inventory, and restocking supplies.

Menu Knowledge: Promoting products and offering recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in food service is often preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Skills: Ability to operate and clean espresso machines and grinders.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, customer service skills, and a positive attitude.

Flexibility: Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
