Job Description
- Conceptualise and produce creative materials for corporate communications, marketing campaigns, products, events, digital platforms and social media.
- Interpret creative briefs and translate requirements into suitable design directions and visual executions.
- Produce layouts, illustrations, infographics, logos, campaign materials, digital advertisements, posters, brochures, event materials and other visual assets.
- Select appropriate typography, imagery, colours, layouts and design elements for each assignment.
- Adapt approved creative materials across digital, presentation, social media and print formats.
- Support the development and refinement of corporate and product identities where required.
- Ensure designs are suitable for their intended platforms, audiences and communication objectives
- Provide creative guidance, support and constructive feedback to other members of the design team.
- Support the Director of Communications and Marketing in prioritising and allocating design assignments according to urgency and business requirements.
- Review the work of other design team members where required to maintain quality and consistency.
- Share knowledge, templates and design practices that improve the efficiency of the team.
- Maintain a collaborative, responsive and solutions focused working environment.
- Stay informed of relevant design trends, presentation techniques, publication standards and creative tools.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
- Minimum three to five years of relevant experience in graphic design, corporate design, publication design or a related creative role.
- Demonstrable experience developing and producing Annual Reports, corporate reports, publications, company profiles or other long form documents based on an established creative brief or direction.
- Experience preparing corporate presentations and reports for senior management, board, investor or external stakeholder audiences.
- Experience managing large documents involving multiple sections, contributors and amendment rounds.
- Experience preparing final artwork for digital publication and commercial printing.
- Previous experience providing guidance or creative support to junior designers is preferred.
Technical Knowledge and Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint, including master slides, templates, charts, layout systems and presentation formatting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, and Photoshop, or equivalent professional design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, editorial layout, visual hierarchy, colour, composition and brand consistency.
- Ability to create clear charts, tables, diagrams, infographics and data visualisations.
- Ability to translate financial, corporate, sustainability and technical information into clear visual communications.
- Knowledge of digital and print production requirements, including colour modes, resolution, file formats, bleed, margins and print specifications.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
