Job Opportunity: MEP Site Engineer / Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and driven MEP Site Engineer / Supervisor to join our construction team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting services on-site. You will bridge the gap between engineering drawings and practical execution, ensuring all installations meet safety, quality, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Contractor Management: Supervise, coordinate, and direct MEP subcontractors on-site daily.
• Technical Drawing Review: Review and verify plumbing, electrical, and firefighting construction drawings.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor on-site construction progress against master schedules.
• Quality & Acceptance: Conduct strict acceptance inspections and handovers for MEP installations.
• Material Procurement: Review, verify, and manage material quantities used for MEP works.
• Site Problem-Solving: Resolve on-site technical issues and coordination clashes swiftly.

Job Requirements

• Education: College Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Power Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of practical experience in MEP construction planning and site management.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in interpreting MEP shop drawings and construction execution.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, site coordination, and communication skills.
• Certifications: Construction-related certifications (e.g., BCSS, CoreTrade, or safety supervisor certificates) are highly preferred.
