Key Responsibilities
Project Planning:
Drafts the project charter, scope, and timeline using tools like Wrike or Gantt charts.
Budget Management:
Estimates costs, tracks expenses, and ensures financial efficiency.
Resource Allocation:
Assigns tasks and manages team workloads based on member skills.
Risk Management:
Identifies potential problems early and builds backup plans.
Quality Control:
Monitors work progress to make sure deliverables match required standards.
Status Reporting:
Keeps stakeholders updated through regular meetings and progress reports
