Job Title: Manual Tester (2-5years)

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software solutions, collaborating with Test Managers, Test Leads, and Business Users to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth testing delivery.
• Execute manual and/or automated tests to validate software functionality.
• Maintain test documentation and ensure traceability to requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA.
• Participate in test planning, test case design, test data preparation, and RTM mapping.
• Ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are tested.
• Manage multiple testing projects simultaneously.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and QA best practices.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in a Banking or Financial Institution environment.
• Minimum 2 year as a tester with relevant certification.
• Familiarity with Test Management Tools such as JIRA & Confluence.
• Knowledge of STLC and testing methodologies.
• Ability to work extended hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
