Are you looking for a part-time job? We are urgently hiring Accounts Assistant to help with system data entry and ad hoc admin work.
Job Details
Hours: 9am-7pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm, Saturday
Location: Office @ Tampines
Start Date: ASAP — we need someone to begin quickly
What You'll Do
Enter data accurately into our system — simple and straightforward entries and invoicing
Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality
Help out with other ad hoc admin task
What We’re Looking For
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to commit to daily hours
Having Accounting Knowledge is a bonus.
Good typing and basic computer skills
Able to follow instructions and complete tasks punctually
