About The Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer & Content Creator to shape how DÔME Café Malaysia is seen and experienced. You will create thoughtful, engaging visual content for both digital and print channels—from campaign artwork and social media content to in-café materials, food photography and short-form video. Working closely with the Marketing team and other stakeholders, you will help keep every touchpoint consistent, relevant and true to the DÔME brand.

What you’ll do

1. Design & Brand Communication

• Create marketing assets for campaigns, promotions, product launches, festive menus and brand activations.
• Prepare polished, print-ready artwork for posters, table talkers, menu inserts and other in-café materials.
• Create digital assets and visually engaging materials for social media, the website, eDMs, delivery platforms and other promotional channels.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, maintain visual consistency and reflect DÔME Café’s premium positioning.
• Adapt existing visuals into the required formats and sizes, including resizing, localisation and versioning.

2. Content Creation & Production

• Develop and create original content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, highlight covers and carousels.
• Collaborate with team members on visual storytelling, content angles and brand campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.

3. Project Coordination & Delivery

• Organise all working files, creative assets and final artwork according to the Company’s internal folder structure.
• Ensure artwork files are clearly labelled, dated and easily accessible to the Marketing and Operations teams.
• Liaise with external printers and vendors, when required, to coordinate artwork handover and production specifications.
• Follow the approval process for all design submissions and maintain clear revision tracking.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, digital media, software and creative tools to continuously strengthen the Company’s creative output.
• Manage design projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and final deliverables are completed to the highest quality.

4. Content Production

• Conduct shoots and capture engaging content featuring our food, beverages and café environments.
• Maintain an organised library of reusable imagery, graphics and branded templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Creative and curious with an interest in design, social media, content, and lifestyle trends.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and responsible in handling assigned projects.
• Positive team player who is open to feedback and willing to improve.
• Commercial-minded with strong attention to detail and understanding of customer needs.
• Adaptable, solution-oriented, and willing to learn new tools and creative techniques.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
