About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Project Coordinator
to support our project team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy documentation,coordination, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly. Training will be provided.
You will play an important role in managing project documentation, coordinating with internal departments and clients, and ensuring records and paperwork are properly maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project documentation and maintain accurate records.
Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Liaise with Pes, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments on project matters.
Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and project progress updates.
Ensure documentation complies with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Maintain filing systems (both electronic and hardcopy) for project records.
Follow up on outstanding documents and ensure timely submission.
Provide administrative support to the project team.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related disciplines.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong attention to detail with good documentation and administrative skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
Working Location
Primary Office:
West Singapore
Company transport provided
daily to and from
Pioneer MRT Station
.
Minimum one day per week
will be required to work at our
Pasir Panjang
project site.
