Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works for property and facilities projects.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Ensure all M&E works comply with local codes, standards, and statutory regulations.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Identify system issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend effective technical solutions.
• Review technical submissions, method statements, and materials to ensure quality and performance.
• Prepare reports, progress updates, and technical documentation as required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
