Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure restaurants audit are completed on time and within specified timelines.

2. Evaluating restaurant performance against operation and quality standards.

3. Establish a strong working relationship with restaurant managers, providing effective and ongoing communication.

4. Influence restaurant managers on operations priorities through ongoing analysis of evaluations.

5. Provide ongoing support to drive improvement in operations (restaurant visits and team coaching).

6. Communicate restaurants performance with superior on timely basis.

7. Investigate and handle food safety related customer complaint.

8. Review and update HACCP documentations and lead the HACCP team to ensure HACCP certifications are maintained.

9. Coordinate with QA manager to assure proper follow up on all regulatory issues (complaints, audit and request for information).

10. To assist superior in all aspect of quality issues, including monitoring and follow up.

Skills Requirement

1. Good observation and troubleshooting skill

2. Proficient in English. Ability to speak and read/write Mandarin is an added advantage.

3. Good Interpersonal and Communication skills

4. Computer skills

5. Degree holder in Food Science/ Food Technology or related discipline. Preferably with 1 year working experience in the food industry / restaurant. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

6. Physically fit to travel. Possess own transportation will be an added advantage.
