岗位职责

Job Descriptions:-

  • Prepare program with the understanding of drawing detail, customer specifications and requirements.
  • Create set-up sheet with tool list and cutting parameter to assist production department to achieve its production quotas with quality and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct monthly update of program once the program is tested, generate setup sheet for each parts as required.
  • Ensure all program, set-up and tooling list is generate as per company QSM and engineering department procedures.
  • Responsible to review and approve of all program sheets.
  • As and when required, design fixture and request for new tools.
  • As and when required, other appointed duties.

Requirements:-

  • Application of CAD/CAM Software
  • Interpretation of BOM & Drawing
  • Good knowledge in milling tooling and machining process
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in CNC Milling manufacturing with 3 years experiences in 4 to 5 axis programming
