Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide front-line technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Windows issues and network connectivity (wired/wireless).
• Respond to support requests via phone, email, or remote assistance tools.
• Log and process service requests, and escalate issues to Level 2 support or third-party vendors when necessary.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and related hardware.
• Perform Windows user profile migrations and PC setups.
• Offer guidance on proper use of systems and applications to end-users.
• Document support procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Coordinate warranty repairs with vendors or manufacturers.
• Conduct routine health checks and system monitoring to ensure uptime and performance.
• Maintain accurate asset and inventory records of client equipment.
• Stay updated with current trends and technical knowledge in IT support.

Requirements

• Higher NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• TCP/IP networking and wireless configurations.
• Network/desktop printer support.
• Basic Microsoft Server administration is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for user interaction.
• Committed to delivering quality service and continuously improving performance.
• Willingness to perform additional duties aligned with the role.
• Flexibility to support after-hours maintenance or urgent troubleshooting if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
