Job Summary
HR Supervisor to oversee recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and daily HR operations. Mandarin-speaking candidate required.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily HR operations – recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment – job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Handle monthly payroll, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), and staff claims.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate training, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and reports.
• Liaise with government bodies and external parties as required.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Familiar with Malaysian labour laws, payroll, and statutory requirements.
• Mandarin is required; English and Bahasa Malaysia for communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HR system experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
