About the role

Responsible for logistic operations including but not limited to order management and coordinating shipment between suppliers and freight service providers around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up orders / shipment status and delivery schedule with oversea suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain update and accurate information in Order Management System platform and reconcile data across different systems

• Prepare operation and analysis reports

• Support the Logistics Manager in various ad hoc projects

About you

• Diploma in supply chain / logistics and operations management

• 3 years relevant experience in logistics industry

• Knowledge in SAP

• Knowledge in OMS "InforNexus" is preferred

• Well-versed in Microsoft Office

• Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
