Job Summary
This role supports day-to-day Revenue Operations, working closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure accurate, timely delivery across billing, invoicing, accruals, receipting, reconciliations, and month-end closing. The Senior Executive will maintain proper documentation, uphold internal controls, and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders, escalating issues where necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily Revenue Operations tasks in line with approved timelines and controls
- Prepare fee calculations, billing files, and supporting revenue/cost schedules
- Prepare system upload templates, validate entries, and submit for approval
- Support billing, invoice verification, accruals, receipting, reconciliations, and intercompany confirmations
- Monitor transactions, investigate discrepancies, and escalate unresolved issues
- Prepare monthly reconciliations, closing files, and variance explanations
- Ensure accurate transaction recording across entity, fund, client, currency, and account details
- Respond to stakeholder queries with clear communication
- Maintain organized, audit-ready working files and trackers
- Support audit and risk reviews with timely documentation
- Follow internal controls and flag any gaps or risks
- Suggest improvements to templates, controls, and workflows
- Provide backup support to the team and assist with ad-hoc Finance initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; ACCA/CPA/CA/ICAEW progress a plus
- 2–3 years' experience in accounting, finance operations, or revenue operations; fund accounting/AR/intercompany experience a plus
- Able to multi-task under tight deadlines, meticulous and self-motivated
- Strong communication, analytical, and reconciliation skills
- Team player, able to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Oracle, Coupa, or OneStream a plus
