JobDescription

1. Responsibilities for Quantity,Cost Estimating, Tendering, Material Sourcing, Progress Claims & Settlementof Final Account.

2. Prepare Project Files, Drawing,and Specification & Bidding with a Sub-Con in a similar field.

3. Involve in Site ProjectCoordinator Works.

4. Update record variation,omission, order issued of each individual project record certified claims.

5. Prepare and purchase Projectinsurance & Performance bond.

6. Others ad hoc works as required.

Requirements

1. Degree / Diploma in QuantitySurveying/ Building Construction

2. 3 years’ experience in QSrelated and Coordinator works.

3. BCA recognized Certificate inQS/Building Cost Management.

4. Able to work in a fast-pacedenvironment and able to meet deadlines.

5. Must work independentlyin-office and on-site.

6. Proficient in use of Auto-cadsoftware & 3D Max.
