Job Description

  • Prepare, review, and validate Bills of Quantities (BQs) for maintenance, repair, and ad hoc works.
  • Review contractor quotations and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Verify and reconcile outstanding Purchase Orders (POs) and associated records.
  • Validate contractor invoices and process payments in accordance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate with operations teams, contractors, procurement, and finance to resolve commercial issues and documentation gaps.
  • Maintain accurate records of claims, payments, and contract-related documentation.
  • Support cost recovery, claims submission, and financial reporting activities.
