Responsibilities:

Support the sales team in quotation preparation, follow-up, sales orders and customer POs.
Coordinate work orders and maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
Follow up with customers on quotations, payments and outstanding matters.
Prepare sales reports, quotation summaries and other sales-related documentation.
Liaise with customers to build rapport, gather feedback and provide customer support.
Assist with customer visits, marketing activities and business development initiatives.
Handle credit control and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth sales operations.
Perform other ad-hoc sales and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

At least Diploma in Business Studies, Business Administration, Office Administration or related discipline.
At least 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination or Customer Services
