Job Description
Supervise and coordinate the daily work of employees.
Assign tasks and ensure work is completed properly and on time.
Monitor staff performance and work progress.
Ensure employees follow company rules, procedures, and safety requirements.
Check the quality of work and address any issues promptly.
Coordinate with management and other departments when necessary.
Maintain daily work records and reports.
Assist in resolving operational or workplace issues.
Ensure the workplace is clean, safe, and properly maintained.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant supervisory experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to lead and supervise a team effectively.
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic computer skills.
Relevant experience in the industry will be an advantage.
A next-gen construction and civil engineering specialist behind Singapore’s most iconic developments.
