  • MHKICW plus 5 years experience in construction industry, at least 2 years of which should be in building maintenance organization.
  • Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building studies or equivalent plus 10 years relevant post qualification experience, at least 3 years of which should be in building maintenance work in public sector.
  • Sound Knowledge of computer skills.
