Job Summary
Develop and execute business strategies to increase customer base, drive store traffic, and optimize profitability. Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies to increase customer pool and expand store traffic to optimize profitability
Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to sales staff to meet and exceed sales goals
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Manage company administration tasks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain store condition and uphold visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience
Conduct performance appraisals to identify training needs and support staff career development
Organize and manage staff work arrangements to ensure smooth daily operations
Oversee daily company management activities to maintain operational efficiency
