Store Keeper – Roles & Responsibilities

Receiving & Material Handling

• Receive, inspect, and document all incoming raw materials and finished goods from suppliers and internal departments.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods to the production area in accordance with the production schedule.
• Examine and verify received raw materials against the relevant documents, specifications, and applicable requirements.
• Verify delivery orders against the corresponding finished goods before acceptance or dispatch.
• Organize and place raw materials and finished goods at their designated storage areas in a systematic manner.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Implement and maintain the First In, First Out (FIFO) system for raw materials.
• Ensure pallets are properly arranged, materials are clearly labelled, and appropriate storage locations are assigned.
• Assist in conducting physical stock counts for raw materials and finished goods whenever required.
• Support the proper issuance, transfer, and movement of finished goods in accordance with established procedures.

Incoming Material Control

• Perform preliminary inspection and verification of raw materials upon receipt.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming material inspections and relevant supporting documents.
• Ensure incoming materials undergo the required inspection and testing in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
• Identify and control raw materials that fail to meet specified requirements or quality standards.
• Prepare supplier defect reports and non-conformance reports where necessary.
• Clearly identify, segregate, and control rejected or non-conforming materials to prevent accidental or unauthorized use.
• Attend and participate in discussions or meetings related to supplier quality issues when required.

Quality & Compliance

• Adhere to the Company’s quality management systems, procedures, and applicable requirements under ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FSSC 22000, and other relevant standards implemented by the Company.
• Ensure all warehouse operations and material handling activities are performed in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and company requirements.

General Responsibilities

• Undertake other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
• Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by the HOD or Management.

Requirements

Minimum Education Qualification

• SPM or equivalent qualification.

Minimum Experience

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
