岗位职责
The Site Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed construction plans and schedules.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Estimate timeframes, resources, and budget.
Supervise all construction activities on-site.
Coordinate efforts of subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other professionals.
Ensure work is carried out in compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Ensure construction meets all required standards and regulations.
Address any defects or deviations promptly.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage unforeseen issues such as weather delays or material shortages.
Requirements
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
5-10 years of experience in construction site management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
Demonstrate your ability to lead site teams effectively and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Showcase your expertise in managing construction schedules and budgets efficiently.
Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget or exceeding expectations will be well regards.
