岗位职责
Job Responsibility
- Learn and support daily outlet operations.
- Assist with staff supervision, training and scheduling.
- Maintain SOPs, service standards and cleanliness.
- Assist with stock counting, ordering and cost control.
- Handle customer issues and follow up on problems.
- Monitor outlet performance and prepare basic reports.
- Identify operational problems and help improve work processes.
- Gradually take responsibility for managing shifts and outlet operations.
- Previous F&B experience is preferred.
- Candidates with Senior Crew, Team Leader, Supervisor or similar F&B experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in building a career in F&B management.
- Willing to work hands-on in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, reliable and willing to learn.
- Able to solve problems instead of simply waiting for instructions.
- Basic Microsoft Excel / computer skills.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays when necessary.
- Mandarin is an advantage due to the communication needs of our existing team.
- Must be able to work in Non-Halal environment.
