Job Description

[What you will do] - Designing advanced testing methodology on latest ARM based CPU smartphone products. - Applying latest testing (DFT) technique, optimizing test coverage on CPU. - Performing post-silicon binning technique to achieve best possible CPU performance, power, and yield.

Main Requirements and Qualifications

• - Bachelor, Master, PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• - Good Knowledge of CPU Architecture and Design
• - Interest in gaining exposure to real-world IC testing flows on most advanced semiconductor technology node (4nm and below).
• - Passionate about optimizing silicon yield and boost CPU performance, power through post silicon proprietary technology.
