- Contract Base

• Supervise daily site activities and workers.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Project Coordinator, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor workmanship quality and site safety compliance.
• Record daily site progress and submit reports.
• Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
• Ensure projects are completed within schedule and quality requirements.
• Perform any ad hoc duties, assignments, or targets as may be assigned by your immediate superior or the Management.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and related reporting tools.
• Positive attitude, responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced site environment.
• Good communication, coordination, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Good problem-solving skills and able to handle unexpected site issues or work conditions.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
