Your Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content

Manage and regularly update Twigs' Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Plan and create engaging social media content.

Take photos and videos of books, toys, stationery and lifestyle products.

Create TikTok, Reels, Stories and other short-form content.

Follow current TikTok and Instagram trends and suggest new content ideas.

Assist with basic social media engagement and replying to messages/comments.

• Basic Design

Create simple promotional posters, social media visuals and banners using Canva or similar tools.

Prepare visuals for promotions, new arrivals, events and campaigns.

Edit basic photos and videos using Canva, CapCut or similar applications.

Advanced graphic design skills are not required.

• E-Commerce

Upload new products to our online store and marketplaces.

Update product photos, descriptions, prices and other product information.

Maintain and organise online product listings.

Assist with online promotions and campaigns.

Check that product information and online listings are accurate and up to date.

• Marketing & Creative Support

Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches and events.

Come up with creative ideas to promote our books, toys and lifestyle products.

Support the merchandising and marketing team with day-to-day marketing activities.

Assist with other ad-hoc tasks when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
