Job Summary

The F&B Executive leads store operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences by preparing and serving high-quality sandwiches and meals aligned with SUBWAY standards, while ensuring operational excellence, food safety, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Subway store operations by enforcing standard operating procedures for store opening and closing to ensure operational consistency
• Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system by identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate transaction records and financial integrity
• Enforce compliance with Subway process controls and National Environment Agency (NEA) hygiene regulations to uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
• Recruit, onboard, and train Sandwich Artists and Shift Supervisors to build a skilled and motivated team delivering excellent customer service
• Develop and implement resource planning and staff scheduling strategies to optimize labor utilization and maintain efficient store operations
• Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity and operational efficiency
• Manage purchasing and inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and achieve targeted food cost objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Hygiene certificate preferred to support food safety compliance
• Positive attitude with effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage peak-hour operations
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays
