Job Description

To provide statistical support to the research division and on-going research projects in at IMH.

  • Assist in research and statistical activities for the Centre Grant related projects.
  • Assist senior researchers in sample design and analysis for research projects.
  • Perform data clean up and preparation of data for analyses.
  • Apply appropriate statistical tests and assist in generating, presenting and summarizing study findings.
  • Perform statistical analysis using programmes like SPSS, SAS, etc.
  • Contribute to the data management plan and programing for research projects.
  • Provide statistical support to on-going research projects at IMH.
  • Learn new statistical techniques and analytical software to provide best solutions for analyses.
  • To critique research reports and replicate analysis used for studies conducted elsewhere.
  • To discuss statistical design and analysis with collaborators.

Requirements

Competency

  • Experience in statistical analysis using multiple statistical software

Educational and Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree holder in statistics or related field
  • Experience in statistical analysis using multiple statistical software
