We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a team in a Hedge Fund.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to AI-driven initiatives, including the design, development, and implementation of AI agents to improve operational efficiency across the organization.
• Drive data analytics, process improvement, and automation projects to enhance system capabilities and streamline workflows.
• Manage daily middle- and back-office operations, including trade processing and matching, reconciliations, settlement activities, stock loan monitoring, liquidity and margin management, and NAV validation.
• Provide support for both operations and investor relations activities, including performance and risk analysis, preparation of reports, and coordination with fund administrators, prime brokers, counterparties, and internal stakeholders.

A successful Data Analyst should have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of Data or Business Analysts experience
• Python is a must
• FS experience is highly preferred but not a must
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills for presenting data insights.
• Adaptability to new tools and technologies in data analysis.

• Annual package includes 12 months' salary plus discretionary bonus.
