About the Role

This is a fully remote role. You'll work from wherever you work best — no daily commute, no office face-time. What matters is that your clients feel looked after and your accounts grow. You'll meet clients over video calls (with the occasional in-person session if a key relationship calls for it), and stay connected to the team through our daily rhythms online.

This is a closing role first, a relationship role always. You'll start by building your own book of business: running sales conversations with interior design firms, diagnosing where their business is stuck, and closing them into the right programme. Every deal you close becomes an account you own — and from there, your job is to make each relationship deeper, longer, and more valuable over time.

The more you close early on, the bigger the portfolio you manage — and the more your recurring income compounds through renewals, tier upgrades, and referrals. You are the person our clients trust from the very first call, the one who checks in before they have to ask, and the reason they sign, renew, upgrade, and refer.

What You'll Do

• Run discovery and sales calls with interior design and renovation firms — diagnosing their growth bottlenecks and closing them into the programme that fits
• Manage your own sales pipeline end to end: qualification, follow-ups, objection handling, and closing, with clear monthly targets
• Own every account you close as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
• Run regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients — walking them through their results, diagnosing bottlenecks, and recommending next steps
• Drive renewals by ensuring clients see and understand the value they're getting throughout the programme, not just at renewal time
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities — helping clients climb to higher programme tiers when their business is ready for it
• Generate referrals naturally by building the kind of relationship people recommend to their peers
• Work with our internal teams to resolve client issues quickly and keep promises made during the sales process
• Maintain accurate account records, follow-up rhythms, and relationship health tracking in our CRM

Who You Are

• 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or client success — with a track record of hitting sales targets and closing deals
• A closer who thinks long-term: you know how to drive a deal to a decision, but you close clients you can grow, not just deals you can win
• A natural relationship builder — the close is the start of the relationship, not the end of it
• Consistent with follow-through: you do what you say, on time, every time
• A clear communicator who can explain performance data and business concepts simply, in person and in writing
• Commercially sharp — you can spot an upsell or referral opportunity without making the client feel sold to
• Organised and self-directed: you manage your own portfolio, pipeline of renewals, and follow-up cadence
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup — you stay responsive, structured, and visible without anyone looking over your shoulder
• Bonus: experience in or exposure to the interior design, renovation, real estate, or home services industry
