Requirements:

• Professional Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in construction or development field
• Good communication and relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other construction professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all pre and post contract quantity surveying duties for the projects.
• Calculating material quantities and costs, labour costs an achievable project time frame.
• Claim submission, interim payment application, certifying payment.
• Monitoring subcontractors, construction progress and material needs.
• Cost estimation and analyzing
• Perform any ad-hock tasks when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
