Job Summary

Perform general administrative duties supporting operational efficiency and compliance with quality standards in a dynamic engineering consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize administrative documents and files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company standards
• Apply knowledge of ISO 9001 standards to maintain quality and consistency in administrative processes
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create, update, and manage spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting
• Coordinate and support daily office operations to facilitate smooth workflow and communication
• Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing documentation for audits and quality reviews

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma certificate or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in general administrative duties
