Position Title: Relief Driver

Work Schedule & Availability

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Standby Hours: 5:00am – 6:30pm daily
• Activation: On-call basis (activated as needed to cover absent/sick drivers or unexpected route demand)

Key Responsibilities

• Immediate Deployment: Remain reachable and ready for immediate dispatch during standby hours.
• Route Coverage: Drive and execute delivery or transport routes on short notice, adhering strictly to assigned schedules and safety protocols.
• Vehicle & Safety Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip vehicle checks, ensure goods/passengers are transported safely, and report any vehicle issues promptly.
• Administrative Upkeep: Maintain accurate logs of completed trips, mileage, and fuel receipts.

Requirements

• Need to have BDVL Licence.
• Flexibility & Punctuality: Highly reliable with the ability to report for duty quickly upon activation.
• Experience: Prior experience as a delivery, logistics, or transport driver preferred.
• Equipment: Must possess a reliable smartphone for instant communication and navigation.

• Annual Leave: Starts at 7 days per year, increasing by 1 additional day for every year of service.
