• Establish and maintain effective quality assurance processes for suppliers, including monitoring their performance through regular audits, inspections, and assessments
• Develop and implement quality agreements with suppliers, outlining quality expectations, standards, and responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Procurement team to assess and qualify potential suppliers based on quality, capability, and compliance with industry standards
• Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to assess their quality management systems, processes, and capabilities
• Monitor and analyze supplier quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and opportunities for enhancement
• Prepare and present regular supplier quality performance reports to management and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for improvement, provide guidance on quality best practices, and support their continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with suppliers to address quality concerns, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and drive root cause analysis
• Assess supplier-related risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.
• Collaborate with suppliers to implement risk reduction measures and contingency plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supplier quality, reducing defects, and optimizing supply chain efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, and Procurement, to ensure seamless integration of supplier quality requirements .

Job Qualification:

• Minimum Advanced Diploma & above In Mechanical Engineering or related field Demonstrated knowledge QC 7 Tools / FMEA / DOE / 6 Sigma / SPC / 8D / CE / POR
• Experienced in using MS-Office & Statistical Software (JMP, Minitab, Excel etc)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
