Key Responsibilities

• To handle sub-sale, loan, and other conveyancing files under supervision from the initial stage until completion.
• To prepare and attend to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
• To assist lawyers in liaising with clients, bankers, developers, and government authorities.
• To attend to clients, correspondences, and preparation of status reports.
• To conduct legal research, drafting, and other assigned tasks in connection with conveyancing and related legal matters.
• To perform any other duties assigned by the Firm from time to time in order to gain full practical exposure.

Preferred Experience/skills

• Candidate must possess a recognized Law Degree (LLB) and have completed CLP or equivalent.
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Diligent, responsible, and eager to learn in a practical legal environment.
