As a member of our Front of House team, you will play an integral role in creating a warm, attentive and seamless dining experience for every guest. You will work closely with the service and kitchen team to ensure that each detail of the guest experience is delivered with care, precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with genuine warmth and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Present and explain dishes, ingredients and beverages confidently and accurately.
• Deliver courses and beverages with precision, ensuring smooth coordination between the Front of House and kitchen teams.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond to requests in a thoughtful and professional manner.
• Maintain a high standard of service, presentation and hospitality at all times.
• Assist with table preparation, service setup and closing duties.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, ingredients, beverages and dietary considerations.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient and seamless service throughout the restaurant.
• Handle guest feedback and requests professionally, escalating matters where necessary.
• Uphold the restaurant’s standards of cleanliness, organisation and service excellence.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
