岗位职责

  • Supervise and participate to perform in day-to-day air freight warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, sorting, labelling, storing, picking, staging, loading, and dispatching cargo.
  • Coordinate inbound cargo activities, verify shipment documentation, inspect cargo condition and quantity, and report discrepancies, shortages, or damages promptly.
  • Coordinate outbound cargo activities, ensuring shipments are correctly picked, packed, labelled, documented, and prepared within airline cut-off times and delivery schedules.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely when required.
  • Allocate work, brief warehouse personnel, monitor attendance and productivity, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate cargo locations, stock records, pallet inventories, and warehouse system transactions.
  • Ensure proper cargo segregation and handling, including special, valuable, temperature-sensitive, oversized, or dangerous goods where authorised and trained.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, security,traffic control, and safe storage practices.
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and report defects involving forklifts, racking, loading bays, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Coordinate with air freight import and export teams, transport providers, ground-handling agents, customers, and other relevant parties.
  • Investigate operational incidents and cargo discrepancies and support corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor warehouse performance and prepare shift handovers, operational records, stock-count results, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health requirements, security controls, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
  • Perform other operational duties assigned by the manager.
