Job Summary
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration on equipment in a cleanroom environment. Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues. Communicate with vendors and provide training to colleagues. Work 12-hour rotating shifts at Woodlands Micron Fab 10.
Responsibilities
Perform scheduled equipment preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure operational reliability.
Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot hardware issues and perform corrective maintenance including calibration and parts replacement.
Communicate effectively with engineers, peer specialists, and external vendors to resolve technical problems.
Provide advanced training to less experienced colleagues to enhance team capabilities.
Complete other ad-hoc duties as assigned, with overtime pay.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or ITE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials, or Engineering related field.
Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills applied to problem-solving in technical maintenance tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to support teamwork and training.
Willingness to learn and maintain a positive working attitude.
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, alternating day and night shifts every 2-3 months.

Implementing FWAs successfully through training and senior management support.
