岗位职责

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to maintain accurate financial records
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and process payments to suppliers on a monthly and ad-hoc basis to ensure timely settlements
  • Process staff claims monthly to support payroll accuracy
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of yearly statutory audits to ensure compliance
  • Execute ad-hoc financial duties as assigned to support department operations
  • Meet tight deadlines for monthly financial closing by organizing and prioritizing tasks
  • Work independently under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
