Develop and execute operational strategies: Develop and implement effective operational policies and processes, optimizing workflows to improve efficiency

Team leadership and personnel management: Manage daily operations and lead the operations team, responsible for personnel planning, recruitment, training, and performance management

Financial and budget management: Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, and assume partial responsibility for profit and loss statements (P&L)

Supply chain and supplier management: Manage supply chain processes, maintain relationships with suppliers, and negotiate contracts

Data analysis and process optimization: Identify improvement opportunities and cost savings through data analysis, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Compliance and risk management: Ensure all operational processes comply with laws, regulations, and safety standards

Pay: $6,000.00 - $9,500.00 per month
