Our client is a well-established industrial products and electrical solutions supplier, serving customers across various industries. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support customer enquiries, sales order processing and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and related documents.
• Process sales orders and follow up on delivery and collection status.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide customers with updates on order and delivery status.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
• Manage customer communication and documentation via email.
• Monitor customer document submission and approval status.
• Coordinate shipping requirements and prepare relevant shipping documents.
• Provide administrative and sales support to the Sales team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Processing or a similar role.
• Preferably Junior Executive level with experience in Customer Service.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with different types of customers.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
