Job Summary

Support daily production operations by preparing materials, performing production and packing tasks, and ensuring products meet quantity and quality standards according to company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials accurately to support smooth production activities
• Perform production and packing tasks following detailed work instructions to meet output targets
• Produce products that comply with required quantity and quality standards
• Apply GMP, GDP, clean room protocols, and company procedures consistently during production
• Maintain high attention to detail when handling products and executing production tasks to ensure quality
• Report any production or safety issues promptly to the team leader to maintain a safe work environment
• Keep the work area clean and organized to support operational efficiency and safety
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support daily production operations
• Assist with additional duties assigned by the supervisor to support overall production needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Able to carry items weighing 15–25kg to support production tasks safely
• Willingness to work in a production and clean room environment to comply with operational requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum PSLE or equivalent education level to understand and follow work instructions
• Responsible, attentive to detail, and eager to learn to maintain quality standards
• Ability to work well in a team environment to support collaborative production efforts
• Availability to start work immediately or within short notice to meet staffing needs
• Willingness to work a 5.5-day work week as per company arrangement
