Commissioning Managers - Data Centre Construction - PMC - Johor Bahru

Key Responsibilities

1. Master Commissioning Strategy & Plan Development

• Plan Ownership: Write, update, and implement the comprehensive Project Commissioning Plan, Scripts, and Matrix outlining testing methodologies for all MEP systems.
• Script Engineering: Author hyper-detailed, step-by-step testing procedures (scripts) for component, system, and integrated testing phases (including component isolation and failover sequences).
• BIM & System Tagging: Coordinate with the Building Information Modeling (BIM) and asset management teams to ensure every valve, breaker, sensor, and chiller is accurately logged, tagged, and tracked.

2. Execution of the 5 Levels of Commissioning

• Level 1 (Factory Acceptance Testing - FAT)
• Level 2 (Site Acceptance Testing - SAT)
• Level 3 (Pre-Functional Testing / PFT)
• Level 4 (Functional Performance Testing / FPT)
• Level 5 (Integrated Systems Testing / IST)

3. Vendor, Client & Authority Management

• Hyperscale Client Interfacing: Act as the direct site conduit to client engineering teams to validate and sign off on technical commissioning milestones.
• Regulatory Submissions: Support the appointed Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) Competent Engineers, BOMBA inspectors, and DOSH engineers during statutory validation runs, safety certifications, and energization handovers

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
