We are seeking a dedicated, organized, professional, and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Company by:

• Provide comprehensive support for sales processes, including documentation and general administrative tasks.
• Conduct searches using Google and other search engines.
• Compile and present research findings in an organized and professional manner.
• Ensure all data collected is accurate and up-to-date.
• Perform general clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
• Collaborate with the team members to achieve operational goals and improve productivity.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in using Google and other search engines.
• Strong ability to present research findings tidily and clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage work pressure effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to organize and interpret data efficiently.
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
